Delivery, guarantees and the rules

01Delivery & cut-off

Orders placed by 1pm, Monday to Friday, are cut and dispatched the same working day on a tracked next-day service. Orders after the cut-off, at weekends or on bank holidays go out the next working day.

• Sign in to your trade account to see the delivery rate.
• Collect from our Doncaster studio for free — ready the same afternoon if you order by the cut-off.
• Custom templates usually ship in 2–3 working days; we’ll confirm the date when we quote.
• Kits are rolled, not folded, in a crush-proof tube with the fitting sheet inside.

02Fit guarantee

If a piece doesn’t fit the vehicle it was ordered for, tell us within 14 days with a photo and the order reference. We’ll re-cut it free and send it next day — no need to return the original.

• Add the reg or VIN when you order. We use it to catch facelift and spec differences before cutting.
• Damaged one piece on the job? Order a single replacement panel from the same template at the kit rate.
• The guarantee doesn’t cover aftermarket body parts or vehicles that don’t match the template you ordered.

03Fitting your kit

PPF

• Every piece is numbered to match the fitting sheet; start with the bonnet and bumper while your slip solution is fresh.
• Wrapped-edge kits leave extra film to tuck — trim on the car with a fresh blade, never on the paint edge.
• Bulk bonnet and mirror pieces are oversized on purpose for stretch-and-trim installs.

Window tint

• One-piece rear screens need heat-shrinking; choose split panels if you’d rather not shrink.
• Roll-down glass pieces have a top margin to tuck under the seal — check before trimming.
• Store film flat or rolled, film side out, and fit within six months.

04UK window tint law

For vehicles first used on or after 1 April 1985:

Factory glass already blocks some light, so adding film to front side windows can take a car below the limit. We supply front films for metered glass, show and off-road use; the installer is responsible for making sure the finished vehicle is road legal. Read the gov.uk rules.

05Trade terms

• Accounts are for trade businesses only. Prices exclude VAT.
• Approved accounts are invoiced on dispatch.
• Templates and cut files remain the property of ATZ Group.
• Custom kits are made to order and can’t be returned unless faulty.
